How do you make money if it's free for me?
Participating dental-implant providers pay Clarity Implants a flat fee to be matched with people looking for care. We never take a percentage of what you pay a provider, and the service is always free for you.
What information do you collect?
Only what's needed to match you: your name, contact details, city, preferred language, and a general note about what you're looking for. We never ask for or store medical history, a diagnosis, or health records.
Will I get spammed with calls?
We only share your details with providers you can be matched with, and only after you ask to be contacted. You can opt out at any time.
Do I have to use a provider you suggest?
Not at all. We're here to help you understand your options. You're free to use the information, talk to anyone, or do nothing — there's no obligation.
